We proudly ship to customers worldwide, with free delivery on all UK orders

As every adapter is handcrafted to order, typical production time is around one week. During busier periods, this may extend to up to two weeks. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your shipping destination.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If you have a deadline or require your adapter urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be payable when your shipment arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Australia is exempt from import charges on orders below the applicable threshold. For customers in the United States, we collect the applicable 10% import duty at checkout and pay this on your behalf, so your order can be delivered without any additional customs payment or paperwork on arrival.
