As every adapter is handcrafted to order and personalised to your specification, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns on custom-made items.

If you experience an issue with your adapter, please don't hesitate to contact us using contact form on the main page. Every adapter is individually tested before dispatch and we're committed to providing ongoing support should a fault develop. We'll work with you to diagnose the issue and where applicable repair or replace the adapter under warranty.

For added peace of mind, all adapters are covered by a 12-month warranty for customers within the UK and a 3-month warranty for orders delivered outside the UK.
